Loaded Campfire Cauliflower Camping Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower steamed aldente and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp bacon bits
  • 2 stalks diced green onion
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • sour cream optional

Instructions


  • Cook cauliflower until al dente (do not over cook), chop
  • Place cauliflower, cheese, bacon and butter into a large freezer safe plastic bag.
  • Freeze until ready to use.
  • When ready to cook, defrost and empty contents into a tin foil packet.
  • Wrap securely with foil and place onto the cooking surface.
  • Cook for 30-40 minutes on medium heat.
  • Top with green onion, sour cream and s&p.
