- 1 head of cauliflower steamed aldente and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp bacon bits
- 2 stalks diced green onion
- 2 tsp butter
- salt and pepper
- sour cream optional
Prevent your screen from going dark
Cook cauliflower until al dente (do not over cook), chop
Place cauliflower, cheese, bacon and butter into a large freezer safe plastic bag.
Freeze until ready to use.
When ready to cook, defrost and empty contents into a tin foil packet.
Wrap securely with foil and place onto the cooking surface.
Cook for 30-40 minutes on medium heat.
Top with green onion, sour cream and s&p.
