- 1 lb turkey meatballs
- 1 small onion diced
- ½ cup parmesan grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp parsley
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Prevent your screen from going dark
Mix ground turkey and roll into balls.
Bake or freeze.
Allow meatballs to cool completely.
Place all ingredients into a large Ziploc freezer bag.
When ready to cook, pour ingredients into a crockpot.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve with zucchini noodles and fresh grated parmesan.
