Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey meatballs
  • 1 small onion diced
  • ½ cup parmesan grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Mix ground turkey and roll into balls.
  • Bake or freeze.
  • Allow meatballs to cool completely.
  • Place all ingredients into a large Ziploc freezer bag.
  • When ready to cook, pour ingredients into a crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Serve with zucchini noodles and fresh grated parmesan.
