Preheat the oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet.
Using a pizza cutter, cut dough lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips. (12 strips)
Thread 5 mini pepperoni slices on each skewer. Be sure to leave enough space between each slice for the pizza dough.
Starting at the blunt end of the skewer, pierce the dough and spiral-wrap the strip around the pepperoni. Allow the meat to “peak” through. Finish off by piercing the dough onto the pointy end of the skewer.
Place pizza skewers on the prepared baking sheet.
Melt the butter.
Mix together melted butter, garlic powder & basil.
Brush the pizza skewers lightly with garlic basil butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until pizza dough is light golden brown.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
