- 1 Tbsp butter melted
- 4 Tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Butter
- Sugar free syrup
Prevent your screen from going dark
Place first four ingredients into a microwave safe mug and mix well.
Microwave for 90 seconds, remove bread from mug and slice into rounds.
In a medium bowl whisk together cream, egg, cinnamon and vanilla.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a frying pan on medium until browned on both sides.
Top with butter and sugar-free syrup.
