- 3 lbs salmon fillet
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chipotle mango seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Prevent your screen from going dark
Place the salmon on a board skin side town.
Sprinkle with sugar, seasoning and garlic.
Top with zest of one lemon.
Slice lemon thinly and place on salmon.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Heat the bar-b-que grill to 400.
Cook skin side down for 25 minutes.
