Ingredients

  • 4 bacon slices
  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 100 g onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove diced
  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp Franks hot sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 cup shredded tex mex cheese

Instructions

  • In a large frying pan, cook bacon. Set aside.
  • Add turkey to the pan and cook on medium.
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is opaque.
  • Reduce temperature to low and add cream cheese, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
  • Stir and combine with turkey until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Place meat mixture into the bottom of a medium baking dish.
  • Top with crumbled bacon.
  • In a medium bowl mix eggs, cream and spices.
  • Pour overtop of meat mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350.
