Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter powder**
  • 2 Tbsp water**
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp salted butter
  • 3 tsp stevia
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • **2 Tbsp almond butter can be substituted for almond powder and water

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
  • Combine until a soft dough forms.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to create walnut size balls of dough and roll into balls.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
