- 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp almond butter powder**
- 2 Tbsp water**
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese room temperature
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 3 tsp stevia
- ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- **2 Tbsp almond butter can be substituted for almond powder and water
Prevent your screen from going dark
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
Combine until a soft dough forms.
Use a small cookie scoop to create walnut size balls of dough and roll into balls.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
