Ingredients

  • 6-9 Tatertot hashbrowns
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • 1. Oil the inside of the pie iron with butter or olive oil.  This isn't needed if your camp cooker is well seasoned and non-stick.
    2. Layer tatertots, an egg and top with shredded cheese.
    3. Close the camp cooker and bake over the coals of a campfire for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
