Open the pizza dough and press it into the bottom of the dutch oven.
Spread pizza sauce on the dough.
Sprinkle generous amounts of Mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Top with pepperoni slices and cover with the dutch oven lid.
Cook over a low fire for 30-40 minutes or until the dough is baked and the cheese is melty.
Notes
Tip: spray the interior of the oven with non stick spray or line with parchment paper to help prevent sticking. A well seasoned cast iron oven will not need this.Tip: rotate the dutch oven often and move from open flame. Alternatively this can be baked in a trailer oven or over a BBQ grill
