Open the pizza dough and press it into the bottom of the Dutch oven.
Spread pizza sauce on the dough.
Sprinkle generous amounts of mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Top with pepperoni slices and cover with the Dutch oven lid.
Cook over a low fire for 30-40 minutes or until the dough is baked and the cheese is melty.

Notes
Spray the interior of the oven with non-stick spray or line it with a large piece of parchment paper to help prevent sticking. A well seasoned cast iron oven will not need this, but it still helps.
Rotate the Dutch oven often and move it away from open flame. Alternatively, this recipe can be baked in a trailer oven or over a BBQ grill.
