- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and put a 9” skillet on the middle rack.
2. Blend together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt and vanilla.
3. Mix for about 1 minute until frothy.
4. When the oven comes to temp, remove the skillet from the oven.
5. Melt the butter in the skillet and add pancake batter.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown and puffy.
7. Serve warm with butter, syrup and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
