Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and put a 9” skillet on the middle rack.
  • 2. Blend together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt and vanilla.  
  • 3. Mix for about 1 minute until frothy.
  • 4. When the oven comes to temp, remove the skillet from the oven.  
  • 5. Melt the butter in the skillet and add pancake batter. 
  • 6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown and puffy.
  • 7. Serve warm with butter, syrup and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
