St Patrick's Day Chocolate Bark Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Meltable green chocolate candy melts
  • 1/4 cup gold star sprinkles
  • 2 Tbsp green sprinkles
  • 1 Tbsp lucky charms marshmallows

Instructions

  • 1.  Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave safe container. Melt in intervals of 15 to 30 seconds, checking and stirring each time so that the chocolate doesn't burn.
  • 2.  Spread the melted chocolate out onto a sheet of parchment paper. The chocolate slab should be about 1/4″ thick.
  • 3. Add marshmallows and sprinkles. Press the candy into the chocolate so that it really "sticks".
  • 4.  Add gold star and sprinkles to the melted chocolate.
  • 5.  Place the chocolate in the fridge and allow it to harden completely before breaking into “bark” sized pieces.
