Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 6.8 oz Catalina Crunch keto sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup Lilys baking chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • 1. Place keto sandwich cookies into a stand mixer with paddle attachment.
  • 2. Mix on low until the cookies are broken into small pieces. Add cream cheese and combine until a soft dough forms.
  • 3. Using a small cookie scoop, separate the dough and roll into 24 balls. Place them on the prepared cookie sheet and into the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
  • 4. In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate reaches a smooth consistency.
  • 5. Use a fork to dip each oreo ball into the chocolate. Place each cake ball on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle oreo crumbs overtop.
