Place keto sandwich cookies into a stand mixer with paddle attachment.
Mix on low until the cookies are broken into small pieces. Add cream cheese and combine until a soft dough forms.
Using a small cookie scoop, separate the dough and roll into 24 balls. Place them on the prepared cookie sheet and into the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate reaches a smooth consistency.
Use a fork to dip each oreo ball into the chocolate. Place each cake ball on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle oreo crumbs overtop.
