Oreo Cookie Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 391 g container of Pillsbury Pizza Crust
  • 100 g Oreo cookies about 14 cookies, crushed*
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting

Instructions

  • 1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking tray or casserole dish with parchment paper.
  • 2. Place the Oreo cookies in a large freezer bag and use a rolling pin to crush the cookies.
  • 3. Open the can of dough, stretch and unroll it onto a flat, floured surface.
  • 4. Spread butter and sugar evenly over the dough.
  • 5. Top the dough with crushed Oreo cookie crumbs.
  • 6. Roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges of the dough together.
  • 7. Cut the log into 12, 1" rolls.
  • 8. Place the rolls onto the prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 9. Spread frosting over the rolls and top with reserved Oreo crumbs.
