Fried Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 white wine
  • 1 white onion sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients. 
  • 2. Rinse the mushrooms and gently wash them using a paper towel.
  • 3. Slice the mushrooms thinly, this will yield about 1.5 cups of sliced mushrooms.
  • 4. Add butter and garlic to a skillet and heat on medium high until butter is melted.
  • 5. Add onion if desired and cook until it is opaque.
  • 6. Add mushrooms, wine and soy sauce to the skillet.
  • 7. Cook the mushrooms on low until all the of the liquid is gone and the mushrooms start to brown. About 10 minutes.
