300 g mushrooms sliced 3 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic 1 Tbsp soy sauce ¼ white wine 1 white onion sliced (optional)

Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the mushrooms and gently wash them using a paper towel.
Slice the mushrooms thinly, this will yield about 1.5 cups of sliced mushrooms.
Add butter and garlic to a skillet and heat on medium high until butter is melted.
Add onion if desired and cook until it is opaque.
Add mushrooms, wine and soy sauce to the skillet.
Cook the mushrooms on low until all the of the liquid is gone and the mushrooms start to brown. About 10 minutes.
