Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion can use green onions
  • 1 cup sliced red grapes or less to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  • 2. Toss the chicken in the dressing until well-coated.
  • 3. Stir in the diced stalks of celery, onion and grapes until well-distributed.
  • 4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
