Ingredients

  • 8-10 cup of chopped lettuce
  • 1 pound shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 roma tomatoes sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • 2 Tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  • 1. Lay down a bed of lettuce in each of four serving dishes. 
  • 2. Mix together the chicken and wing sauce in a large bowl until combined well. 
  • 3. Place a layer of tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avocado, cucumber and buffalo chicken on top of the lettuce. 
  • 4. Top each salad with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing and serve.
