Instructions
Add cranberries and water to a medium sauce pan.
Stir and cook over medium high heat for ten minutes.
Add sugar and cook on low for an additional ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove mixture from the heat and pour through a fine sieve, straining out the cranberry skin and seeds.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
