Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Cadbury micro mini eggs*

Instructions

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine chopped mini eggs and micro mini eggs.
  • 2. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3. Mix until well combined. Stir in 1 cup mini egg mixture (reserve 1/4 cup for topping).
  • 4. Place cream cheese mixture into a small bowl, centered on a tray or cutting board.
  • 5. Surround the dessert dip with a selection of fruit and cookies for dipping.
  • 6. Top the dip with remaining mini eggs.

Try not to over mix the mini eggs as the candy coating color will start to come off if over mixed.
