Easter Dessert Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs roughly chopped
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Cadbury micro mini eggs*

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chopped mini eggs and micro mini eggs.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined. Stir in 1 cup mini egg mixture (reserve 1/4 cup for topping).
- Place cream cheese mixture into a small bowl, centered on a tray or cutting board.
- Surround the dessert dip with a selection of fruit and cookies for dipping.
- Top the dip with remaining mini eggs.
Notes
Try not to over mix the mini eggs as the candy coating color will start to come off if over mixed.
