Roast Beef Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup 300g leftover roast beef, thinly sliced*
  • 6 slices 100g provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or homemade garlic aioli
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare ingredients.
  • 2. Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half with a serrated knife, leaving the individual rolls intact.
  • 3. Spread the mayonnaise on the inside of the rolls.
  • 4. In a rectangular baking dish or on a baking tray, layer the bottom of the rolls with thinly sliced roast beef.
  • 5. Add a layer of provolone cheese.
  • 6. Place the top of the Hawaiian rolls over the layers.
  • 7. Brush the top of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • 8. Bake for 10-15 mins at 350 degrees F.
  • 9. Use a knife to cut the buns into individual roast beef sandwiches and serve.
