St Patricks Day Cinnamon Rolls

This cinnamon roll recipe is perfect for St Patricks Day - absolutely delicious and easy to make! These shamrock shaped cinnamon buns are coated in frosting and covered in festive sprinkles for a sweet treat that everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • 1 – 17.5 oz container of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • Non stick baking spray
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 Tbsp festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • 1. Open the can of dough and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Mix the icing with a few drops of green food coloring and set aside.
  • 3. To create the clover shape, unroll each cinnamon roll. Then use the length of dough to create a shamrock.  Form three little mountains to form leaves and leave a 1-2” section to create a stem.
  • 4. Spray a 10" round casserole dish with cooking spray. Place the cinnamon roll dough shamrocks into the dish.
    5. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
  • 6. Spread icing over the warm cinnamon buns.
  • 7. Top with festive sprinkles and serve warm.
