  • 1/2 cup homemade bbq sauce or favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup white onion finely diced (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp hamburger seasoning or Montreal steak spice
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups white mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 12 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Gather all of the ingredients.
  • In a large bowl combine ground meat.
  • Add onion, egg and seasonings.
  • Mix until well combined.
