- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- Juice from half a lemon about 2 Tbsp
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp brown mustard
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste

Juice half a lemon.
Combine ingredients into a medium bowl.
Use a hand blender to mix into a smooth consistency.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Makes enough dressing for two family-sized, five serving caesar salads.
If the dressing is too thick, add more lemon juice.
