Ingredients

  • 1 loaf french bread sliced
  • 8 oz 250g pepperoni, sliced
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 8-10 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • 1. Cut slices into the loaf of bread, about 1/2" apart and not all the way through to the bottom, using a sharp knife.
  • 2. Add pizza sauce to the inside of every second slice.
  • 3. Next, stuff the opening with several slices of pepperoni.
  • 4. Layer that with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  • 5. Wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil. You may need to use two layers to reach all the way around the sandwich.
  • 6. Place the package in the oven at 350F.
  • 7. Cook until cheese melts and loaf is heated through, about 20 minutes.
  • 8. To serve, simply slice all the way through the bread to cut it into individual pizza sandwiches.
