1 loaf french bread sliced 8 oz 250g pepperoni, sliced ¼ cup pizza sauce 8-10 slices of mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp dried parsley

1. Cut slices into the loaf of bread, about 1/2" apart and not all the way through to the bottom, using a sharp knife.
2. Add pizza sauce to the inside of every second slice.
3. Next, stuff the opening with several slices of pepperoni.
4. Layer that with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
5. Wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil. You may need to use two layers to reach all the way around the sandwich.
6. Place the package in the oven at 350F.
7. Cook until cheese melts and loaf is heated through, about 20 minutes.
8. To serve, simply slice all the way through the bread to cut it into individual pizza sandwiches.
