- 1 fresh ripe pineapple
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup honey

Peel and core the pineapple, then cut into smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, a can of coconut milk, the lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Pour the pineapple juice mixture into your favorite popsicle mold.
Place a popsicle stick into each of the popsicle moulds.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
