Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized ripe watermelon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey optional

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into quarters, then remove the peel all around. Discard the watermelon rind.
  • Cut watermelon into cubes and put them in the blender.
  • Add the water to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the juice and pour it into a pitcher.
  • Add honey to taste.
  • Keep your watermelon juice refrigerated.
