Instructions
Cut the watermelon into quarters, then remove the peel all around. Discard the watermelon rind.
Cut watermelon into cubes and put them in the blender.
Add the water to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the juice and pour it into a pitcher.
Add honey to taste.
Keep your watermelon juice refrigerated.
