Ingredients

  • 8 oz 250g Philly cream cheese
  • ½ tsp smoke spice blend
  • ¼ cup peach jam
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Crackers

Instructions

  • Season the cast iron skillet with olive oil.
  • Place the block of cheese in the center of the skillet.
  • Score with a knife in a cross hatch pattern.
  • Sprinkle the surface of the cheese with seasoning.
  • Place in the smoker at 165 F.
  • Let the cheese smoke for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the smoker, top with jam, and serve with crackers for dipping.
