- 3/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup raisins
Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together first six ingredients.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop cookie dough by walnut-sized spoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once baked, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
