White Chocolate Christmas Crockpot Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 - 200 g bag of white chocolate chips
  • 12 oz Bakers white chocolate or almond bark
  • 24 mini peppermint candy canes or 6 large candy canes crushed

Instructions

  • 1. Place the candy canes in a freezer bag and use a wooden spoon to crush them up.
  • 2. Add the chocolate bark, chocolate chips and candy canes (reserve 2 Tbsp) to the crockpot.
  • 3. Set to cook on low for 1 hour, stirring at the half an hour mark.
  • 4. When the chocolate is completely melted, stir once again to coat the candy in chocolate.
  • 5. Use a cookie scoop to drop the candy mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • 6. Top the candy clusters with more crush candy cane sprinkles.
  • 7. Move to the refrigerator to set for about an hour.
