Place the candy canes in a freezer bag and use a wooden spoon to crush them up.
Add the chocolate bark, chocolate chips and candy canes (reserve 2 Tbsp) to the crockpot.
Set to cook on low for 1 hour, stirring at the half an hour mark.
When the chocolate is completely melted, stir once again to coat the candy in chocolate.
Use a cookie scoop to drop the candy mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Top the candy clusters with more crush candy cane sprinkles.
Move to the refrigerator to set for about an hour.
