- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 blue cheese crumbled
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp hamburger seasoning

Gather all of the ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, egg, and cheese.
Add breadcrumbs and seasoning.
Mix until well combined.
Make 6 equal balls from the meat mixture.
Form the balls into patties by hand or use a burger press.
Place the patties on a cast iron skillet or grill pan.
Cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
Serve burgers on fresh hamburger buns with mayo and additional crumbled blue cheese.
