Ingredients

  • 6 all beef hot dogs
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup Tex-Mex cheese shredded
  • White onion diced
  • Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare toppings. Dice vegetables and shred the cheese.
  • In a small frying pan, brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning.
  • Cook hot dogs in a large pot of boiling water for 6 minutes.
  • Serve hot dogs in a fresh bun.
  • Add taco toppings to your liking.
