Ingredients

  • 6 all-beef hot dogs
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • ½ packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup Tex-Mex cheese shredded
  • White onion diced
  • Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare toppings. Dice vegetables and shred the cheese.
  • In a small frying pan, brown ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning.
  • Cook hot dogs in a large pot of boiling water for 6 minutes.
  • Serve hot dogs in a fresh bun.
  • Add taco toppings to your liking.
