1 pound top sirloin steak cut into strips or 1-inch pieces 2 cups baby yellow potatoes halved 8 oz tender mushrooms sliced 8 Tbsp garlic butter Salt & pepper to taste Fresh parsley garnish

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut up the potatoes, place in a microwave safe large bowl and partially cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
3. Cut the steak and slice the mushrooms.
4. Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
5. Top with garlic steak butter and parsley.
6. Fold foil into a packet.
7. Place the foil packets directly onto the oven racks.
8. Cook for 10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
