Steak & Mushroom Foil Packs

Indulge in the flavors of these garlic butter steak & mushroom foil packs. Juicy steak, savory mushrooms and potatoes all sealed in foil and cooked to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound top sirloin steak cut into strips or 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby yellow potatoes halved
  • 8 oz tender mushrooms sliced
  • 8 Tbsp garlic butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2. Cut up the potatoes, place in a microwave safe large bowl and partially cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Cut the steak and slice the mushrooms.
  • 4. Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
  • 5. Top with garlic steak butter and parsley.
  • 6. Fold foil into a packet.
  • 7. Place the foil packets directly onto the oven racks.
  • 8. Cook for 10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
