Air Fryer Panko Shrimp (Crispy Breaded Shrimp Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 16-20 large shrimp peeled & deveined
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup fresh parmesan grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Pat raw shrimp dry with a paper towel.
  • In a medium bowl combine panko crumbs, parmesan and seasoning.  Mix well.
  • In a small bowl, beat the egg.
  • Place flour in a shallow bowl.
  • Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip shrimp in egg and coat in the panko mixture.
  • Place shrimp into the basket of the air fryer in an even layer.  You will likely need to cook in two batches.
  • Cook at 390 for 5 mins.
