Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Everyday seasoning
  • Spray oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place ground turkey and seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Combine and form mixture into balls.
  • Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, arranging them in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Spray the meatballs.
  • Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 390°F for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even heating.
  • Once the meatballs are heated through and browned, carefully remove them from the air fryer.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

    • Preheating the air fryer helps ensure even cooking, but it's not strictly necessary. You may need to adjust the cooking time slightly if not preheating.
    • To prevent sticking, make sure the meatballs are spread out in a single layer in the basket and shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly. You can also use cooking spray on the basket.
    • You can season the meatballs with your favorite spices or herbs before cooking for added flavor, like salt, pepper, onion powder, or garlic powder. You can toss them in sauce after cooking.
    • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the meatballs on a baking sheet in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
    • Store any leftover meatballs in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
    • Cooked meatballs can be made ahead of time and store in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
    • I like to check the internal temperature of any meat that I cook with an instant read thermometer to confirm it is safe to consume.
