Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • 1. Trim excess fat from the boneless chicken thighs.
  • 2. Baste with BBQ sauce, be sure to coat the entire piece of chicken.
  • 3. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
  • 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, 400 degrees F.
  • 5. Place the chicken thighs on the grill grates, baste with BBQ sauce.
  • 6. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and baste with BBQ sauce.
  • 7. Grill chicken thighs for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F when measured with a meat thermometer.
