- 16 oz cream cheese cubed, at room temperature
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- ⅓ cup light beer pale ale
- 1 tbsp packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

In a large mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and beer.
Mix until well combined. Allow the dip to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes for flavours to really meld.
Serve with pretzels and crackers for dipping.
