Beer Dip Cheese Ball (Hidden Valley Ranch Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese cubed, at room temperature
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup light beer pale ale
  • 1 tbsp packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and beer.
  • Mix until well combined. Allow the dip to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes for flavours to really meld.
  • Serve with pretzels and crackers for dipping.
