- 1 cup Tex Mex cheese shredded
- 1 white onion finely sliced into rounds
- ¼ cup cooked lean ground beef
- 1 sweet dill pickle finely diced
- 3 Tbsp Big Mac sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice entire onion very thinly. Use a mandolin if you have one.
Spread the cheese out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Layer the onion slices on top in a single layer.
Sprinkle with ground beef.
Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until the cheese is golden and crispy.
Top with pickles, sauce and sesame seeds.
Slice into chips and enjoy!
