Wash and prepare the blueberries. If using fresh berries, wash them thoroughly. If using frozen, no need to thaw. Mash the berries for more color and flavor if desired.
In a medium bowl, mix blueberries and yogurt. Add maple syrup if desired and stir well.
Scoop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, creating small clusters.
Freeze for about 30 minutes. This helps the clusters firm up before dipping in chocolate.
Melt the chocolate. Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring each time to prevent burning.
Dip each cluster in melted chocolate. Use a spoon or fork to coat them evenly.
Place clusters back on the prepared baking sheet. Once all are coated, return them to the freezer.
Freeze for at least 1-2 hours. Allow the chocolate to set completely before enjoying!
