Start by adding your butter, peanut butter, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Cream together with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add your powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until it is the consistency of dough.
Divide into small balls, about ½ a teaspoon each, and sandwich between two pretzels as shown. Place in the freezer for one hour.
Melt down your almond bark. Place it in the microwave, in one minute intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Dip half of each pretzel bite in chocolate and set on parchment paper to harden.
