Camp Cooker Cookies

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury cookie dough
  • Non-stick cooking spray
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of the pie iron with non stick cooking spray. 
  • Open the package of cookie dough, squeeze about 2 Tbsp of dough onto one side of the iron.  
  • Press the dough down slightly and repeat with the other side of the iron.
  • Do not close the pie iron and cook, open faced, over the fire for approximately 12 minutes. Best when cooked slowly over a smouldering fire so as not to burn.
  • The cookies are done when they are slightly golden around the edges.
  • Allow the cookies to cool before removing from the iron.
