Ingredients

  • 1 bag 325 g bag Plain Kettle Chips
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup prosciutto sliced
  • ½ cup brie cheese 85g (about half a small round)
  • ¼ cup cowboy candy
  • 2 Tbsp pickles optional
  • 1 Tbsp jam optional
  • 1 Tbsp hot honey optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the chips evenly over the tray.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and place slices of brie right over the chips, then add the prosciutto.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until the cheese starts to melt and bubble.
  • Pull it out and top with whatever extras you love—cowboy candy, pickles or jam.
  • Serve directly from the tray, or place them on a large board or large serving platter.

  • Try different flavor combinations – swap in nacho cheese chips, regular potato chips, or veggie chips for a lighter option or a baked flatbread pizza vibe.
  • Use what’s in your cheese drawer – From crumbly feta to boursin cheese, don’t be afraid to experiment.
  • Serve with dips in separate small serving bowls – Sour cream, ranch dip, or even a garlicky herby sauce make it even more fun.
  • No oven? – You can totally cheat with a microwave oven. Just arrange in a small microwave-safe serving bowl and zap in 30-second intervals until gooey.
