Bake tater tots according to package directions. While they are baking, form small patties with your ground beef — about the width of the tots.
In a large skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat until halfway done, then flip.
Divide your cheese slices into quarters and, once flipped, top each patty with a piece. Lower the heat and cook until the cheese is melted and the meat is cooked through.
Now assemble your mini burger skewers! Stack a tater tot, pickle, tomato, lettuce, cheesy burger patty, and another tater tot onto a toothpick or small skewer.
Arrange on a serving plate with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
